This was my second purchase and my partner's first property. She was very apprehensive however Wendy was able to dispel any nerves with her conversations and easy demeanor. Wendy is very responsive and this allows for quick communication with the vendor and buyer, this assists greatly in the process. Wendy is hard working and wants the best for both parties. We had a very difficult purchase due to varying circumstances, however Wendy was able to make the purchase smooth and as hassle free as possible.
